About Lait
Lait is a personal finance and net worth app that puts crypto, stocks, bank accounts, property and debts into one private, read-only dashboard, with a Spanish tax estimate, for investors in Europe and the US whose money is spread across several places.
- Premium from €7.99 a month
- Read-only access
- Data hosted in the EU
- Spanish and English
What Lait does
One net worth across every account
Wallets on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, Solana, Bitcoin, 15 crypto exchanges, stocks and ETFs, bank accounts, savings, property, vehicles and debts add up to one figure, in EUR or USD. You stop keeping a spreadsheet to know what you own.
Spending and a monthly budget
Bank data comes in through bank statements by CSV or Excel from 40+ banks, plus card payments through an Apple Pay shortcut; direct Open Banking (PSD2) sync with 2,500+ European banks is coming. 336 merchant rules and a model sort every movement, so the budget and the savings rate fill themselves in.
Stocks and ETFs
Positions come in through read-only broker sync through SnapTrade (Trade Republic, Interactive Brokers) on Premium; on Free, trade-history exports from DEGIRO, Interactive Brokers, Trade Republic, Scalable Capital, MyInvestor, eToro, Revolut or positions added by hand. Cost basis, unrealised gains and dividends sit next to the rest of your wealth instead of in a separate app.
Property, valuables and loans
Property, vehicles, watches and jewelry are valued by hand or estimated; property from a €/m² table by neighbourhood plus listing portals. Link a mortgage to its property and you see the equity that is really yours, down to your ownership share.
A Spanish tax estimate
Lait estimates Spanish income tax on savings and the wealth tax across the 15 common-regime regions from your own positions. Planning figures to take to your adviser, not a tax return. Part of Premium.
A 60-day cashflow forecast
Recurring payments are detected and projected 60 days ahead, so you see what is about to leave your accounts before it does.
An AI advisor that reads your numbers
Ask about your portfolio in plain words and get answers from your own figures, with charts the server computes. It gives general information, never moves money, and every change it proposes is a card you confirm.
What makes Lait different
- 01
Property and debts count, not only markets
Delta and CoinStats lead with crypto. Lait adds property, vehicles, watches, jewelry, mortgages and loans to crypto from 15 exchanges and your stocks, so the figure is your net worth, not a brokerage balance. For property it records your share and whether you hold full ownership, bare ownership or a usufruct.
- 02
Taxes worked out for Spain
Income tax on savings and the wealth tax in 15 regions, with the regional scales, the exempt minimum and the primary-residence exemption. Property is valued the way the wealth tax values it: the highest of the cadastral value, the value checked by the Spanish Tax Agency and the purchase price.
- 03
A flat price, stated up front
Premium is €7.99 a month or €59.99 a year, never a percentage of what you own, and basic access is free and does not expire. For reference, getquin charges €89.99 a year for Premium and €149.99 for Wealth, and WealthMaia €8.99 a month or €71.88 a year.
- 04
Read-only, hosted in the EU, and your data leaves with you
Lait reads accounts through read-only keys and public addresses and can never move money. The database runs in Frankfurt, credentials are encrypted with AES-256, and both a full export and account deletion are in Settings. Your data is not sold and is not used to train AI models.
- 05
Built in Spain, in Spanish and English
The app, the support and every page exist in both languages, and amounts show in EUR or USD at the ECB rate. Statements from 40+ banks, BBVA, Santander and CaixaBank among them, and exports from DEGIRO, Interactive Brokers, Trade Republic, Scalable Capital, MyInvestor, eToro, Revolut import directly.
Who Lait is for
- Investors living in Spain with crypto, stocks and a property who want their income tax and wealth tax estimated before they file.
- Crypto holders with self-custody wallets (MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom, Ledger, Trezor) and accounts on more than one exchange who want a single balance.
- Investors with European brokers such as DEGIRO, Interactive Brokers, Trade Republic, Scalable Capital.
- Homeowners with a mortgage who want to see their real equity, not the price of the house.
- Anyone whose money sits in several banks, currencies or apps and who wants the budget and the portfolio side by side.
- Investors in the US: tracking, stocks, crypto and USD work anywhere; the tax estimate is Spanish.
The team behind Lait

Carlos Muñoz
FounderTrader and data analyst based in Barcelona, with previous experience in fintech, M&A, a consumer tech scale-up and on-chain analytics research. He designs, codes and runs Lait, and uses it every day for his own money.
LinkedInLait started in 2026 because managing wealth across crypto, banks, stocks, property and debt meant jumping between five different apps. The name stands for Live Asset Intelligence.
Today Lait is one person: product, code and support are the founder's. It is operated by Mistinguett Capital Investments, S.L., a Spanish company registered in València.
How Lait works
- 1
Getting in
Sign-up is by invitation for now: request one on the home page. Every new account gets a 7-day Premium trial with no card and no automatic renewal, and demo mode lets you look around before connecting anything.
- 2
Connecting your accounts
A setup wizard takes you to your first source. Wallets are added by public address and exchanges by a read-only API key; bank statements and broker exports are uploaded as CSV or Excel, and Premium members can link Trade Republic or Interactive Brokers directly through SnapTrade.
- 3
Support
Write to support@lait.finance, or use "Bug or suggestion" inside the app. Both reach the founder by email, and the reply comes to your inbox.
- 4
Your data
Everything is stored in Frankfurt. Export a full copy or delete your account from Settings whenever you want; deletion erases your portfolio, transactions, connections and personal data.
- 5
Billing
Payments go through Stripe. Cancel from Settings at any time; a yearly plan runs to the end of the period you paid. Prices include Spanish VAT.
